What if I don't like my order?
All textile creations are made on a case-by-case basis, hence the lead time. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it at your own expense to the following address:

After discussion with customer service (kaevane.sav.boutique@gmail.com) you have 14 days to return it to us.
A refund will be issued upon receipt of the order and after inspection. The garment must be clean and undamaged. The Kaevane team reserves the right to refuse a return if it is not compliant.
What if the size doesn't fit me?
All textile creations are made on a case-by-case basis, hence the lead time. If the size does not fit you, contact our customer service (kaevane.sav.boutique@gmail.com). We will gladly re-create the product in a more suitable size and send it back to you. However, this will only happen after the initial product has been returned, at your expense, to the following address:

Please also note that the return of the new creation is also at your expense, so please check the sizes carefully before placing an order or wait for a convention to try it on directly.
