Short print:
The draw of one or two cards, known as short draws, generally responds to a simple question, a need for confirmation, to have an answer to a reasoning or to a concern. It is a drawing generally done for yourself, in the morning before starting your day to see the mood of your day. It can be suitable for the simplest questions. you can make your drawing of a card even more precise with a second which will be there to refine the answer of the first card.
It is completely possible to draw just with the major cards or with the minors, it's up to you to choose your draw. Be comfortable.
This short draw gives a short term answer but you can always dig deeper later with a bigger draw.
The 3 card draw:
The triskele:
Drawing to be done with just the major arcana.
Shuffle or shuffle the cards while focusing on the question.
Gather the cards in your left hand, take out the first six cards and draw the 7th which you place in front of you. Start again, take 6 other cards out of the deck and place the 7th in front of you to the right of the first card. and once again remove the first 6 cards from your left hand and put the 7th there, therefore the last one to the right of the other 2 in front of you.
The interpretation is:
The ally
The opponent
The result
The litha draw:
Print intended to be made in summer to celebrate the summer solstice at the beginning of June, to start summer brightly.
Make the same drawing as for the triskele but the interpretation of the cards is:
1. What should I continue to grow within myself?
2. What shines brightest for me right now?
3.What should I get rid of right now?
The 5 card draw:
The cross draw:
Classic drawing in tarot it is done by successively drawing four blades. We arrange them one after the other according to the following diagram:
3
1 2
4
A 5th blade is positioned in the center and is deduced by “theosophical sum” of the four numbers of the first ones.
Example: If you draw the blades, 21, 6, 10, 17, add the four numbers:
21 + 6 + 10 + 17 = 54 and recalculate 5 + 4 = 9
you get the Hermit card
So place the hermit's blade in the middle of your blade.
cut 3 (3)
The world (21) hermit (9) the popess (2)
sword 4 (4)
NB: Mate has no number but traditionally counts as 22.
Explanation of positions:
3
1 5 2
4
Position 1: Affirmative, this blade represents the person, the consultant, his past and his present. His current state of mind, his vision and his relationship to his question, what goes his way.
Position 2: Negative, this blade is what is 'negative' what does not go in the direction of the consultant, what brings him obstacles, difficulties, a lack...
Position 3: Discussion, advice, the blade born from the opposition of the first two. It's the resolutions to adopt, a near future that's coming, for good or bad, it's advice for the future, a side to take or to listen to.
Position 4: Response, this is what is coming if the discussion, the advice of blade 3 is listened to. She announces what is going to happen, she answers the question.
Position 5: Summary, if we had to conclude this drawing, give a color or a lesson, the philosophy to remember.
Kaevane's draw
For my drawing I want to focus on you and your values. Try to bring only positive things to yourself and value yourself for who you are. Because we all deserve a break in our lives and to be reminded of our strengths. It's a draw to do when you doubt yourself, when your morale is down and you can't see yourself as anything other than bad.
To do this you will have to make a circle with the cards.
Place them from the top of the circle then in a clockwise direction.
1
5 2
4 3
The top is your brain, your emotions and your state.
the middle your qualities, the bottom the bases to change to get better.
1: What stage of my life am I currently in?
2: What do others think stands out the most about me?
3: What do I need to take into account to get better?
4: Why can't I get past my current sadness?
5: Who I really am, that I can't see?
and finally draw one last card, at random in your game, this will be the action to put in place in your head to start off on a better basis.
Example of a print that I just did on myself
(1) seven of wands
(5) The Empress (2) Temperance
(4) The Star (3) Jack of Wands
1: What stage of my life am I currently in ? Seven of Wands
number 7: Awareness in solitude, calm, do not go too fast.
The stick: Experience (creative, passion, ambition, sexuality, etc.)
“Currently in my life, there is an awareness in my passion, I am looking for myself, I am moving forward without moving forward too much, because as soon as I try to evolve I have the impression of hitting a wall. So, I scaled back and withdrew a little. I feel that I need to be alone with myself because I no longer have a taste for my passion, for my work, I can no longer do it.”
2: What do others think stands out the most about me? Temperance
“What shines most about me according to the people around me is my kindness and my ability to self-discipline and heal myself, I am a strong woman who despite recurring sluggishness always knows how to start again alone, they trust me in my ability to come back strong to understand why things are currently not going well and to calmly return to my path and my work.
3: What do I need to take into account to get better? Jack of Wands
The Knave: Effort and perseverance present for oneself
Stick: Experience (creative, passion, ambition, sexuality, etc.)
“To get better I need to take control of myself, wake up, persevere even harder, continue my efforts so as not to lose all the work I have already accomplished. If I want to rediscover my passion and my creativity, it is not by waiting that it will come back, I must succeed in doing myself violence but for the best because this situation has lasted long enough and no one except me can put me back on track. the path.
4: Why can't I get past my current sadness? The star
“ I can't get past my sadness right now because I forgot to take care of myself, to look at my reflection, to look at my successes and what I have achieved and accomplished. I stopped loving myself and forgiving my mistakes. I forgot the most important thing, myself. I stopped listening to my lucky star and my intuitions, the lack of confidence took too big a place in my mind which prevents me from being happy currently.
5: Who I really am, that I can't see? The empress
“I can't see that I really am the empress, a strong woman who has control over everything. That I masterfully manage all the details of my life. I don't know how much I attract people, how much people want my life, my person, the events that happen to me and my strength to control all that. If for me I am a person who has difficulty managing my ambitions, who has slowed down in my creations, for others I am the one who creates tirelessly and who does not fail.
Last card, the action to put in place to escape the vicious circle?
Ace of Cups
AS: the beginning, creation or creator.
Cut: Emotion (relationship, love, family, tenderness.)
“To get out of the vicious circle, the Ace of Cups asserts even more than the Star card and Jack of Wands asserts. To get better I need to put actions in place to start loving myself. Focus on creating or starting something new in my life, getting back into music, starting to write for myself, going out, seeing and doing things I've always wanted... starting small daily actions to be proud of me and my view of myself.
Focus not on my work or career for the moment but on my emotions. It becomes essential and it will be the first phase to get better.
